ABOUT
Southwood offers in-clinic large animal services – especially handy during bad weather, for emergencies, and for small herds – but our veterinarians and large animal technicians are available to work at your location.
A mobile chute is available if your set-up requires temporary re-organization, and Southwood can provide additional chute help if you are short-handed.*
Herd work can include many services. Pregnancy checking and vaccinations are basics.
Southwood can also help you with Bangs vaccination and tags, permanent identification tags, fly and lice control, castration and dehorning, branding, blood draws and health papers for herds that are being transported, and ultrasound procedures.
Southwood is also available for insurance examinations and post mortem procedures.

Please call the clinic at 701-252-3430 to schedule an appointment. We have a large animal veterinarian and can schedule your Veterinarian of choice. Our efficient Front Desk Staff will request a few minutes of your time to be sure we are covering all your service and product needs, and to obtain directions and contact numbers.
